DESIGN & MANUFACTURING
•CNC milling and wire cutting machines, 3-dimension CNC measuring, marking and digitalizing machines, CAD-CAM systems supported with Camand, Smartcam, AMD and Autocad 13 software enabling to make moulds in any desired type and quality.
•Advanced technology where a number of hydraulic and eccentric Graebener Press line with various capacities (up to 630 tons) are used.
•Microprocessor controlled and full automatic Schlatter Welding line.

SURFACE FINISHING
•Degreased, dip-phosphated and coated with water based primer paint, then oven-dried, coated with RAL 9010 white colour epoxy-polyester electrostatic powder paint and baked at 200ْC to fulfil the DIN 55900 specifications.

TESTING
•Leakage test at 13 bar pressure along with 100% in-process control and final quality inspection.

GUARANTEE
•10-year warranty is granted for all defects caused by faulty material or workmanship for panel radiator.
